By accessing or using OracleHost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
OracleHost provides cloud hosting services for Telegram bots and web applications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use OracleHost to host malicious software, engage in denial-of-service attacks, send spam, or distribute illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase for annual plans. Month-to-month plans are non-refundable.
6. Service Level
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Credits are issued for downtime exceeding our SLA thresholds. No refunds are provided for scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
OracleHost is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
